Abstract

The initial recipients of the Holy Quran were indeed the respected companions of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). The Holy Quran encompasses every aspect of their lives, addressing their private and public moments, their outward and inward states, as well as their personal and communal goals, ultimately guiding them toward self-improvement. It is evident that the companions are essentially Quranic personalities. It is highly unjust to view them solely through the lens of history and judge their character based only on historical events. We have emphasized the significance of the attributes of the noble companions as explained by the Holy Quran. Additionally, we have enriched each description found in the Holy Quran with scholarly interpretations. This further aids in understanding the personalities of the noble companions. The reader can gain a better understanding by reflecting upon the headings of this article, which also highlights its significance.
