Abstract

This discussion aims to explore and analyze the depiction of these distinct styles employed by Imam Tirmizi in titling (Al-Tarajim) the ahadith. By examining Imam Tirmizi’s choice of titles and their alignment with the underlying legal principles extracted from the hadith texts, we can gain a deeper understanding of his Fiqhi approach and the broader implications for Islamic jurisprudence. Through detailed examples and meticulous analysis, this study seeks to shed light on the rich tapestry of  Fiqhi thought present in Imam Tirmizi’s book called “ Al-Jami”.
